SKITTEROO RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Welcome to Skitteroo. We know that every pet parent wants the absolute best for their furry companions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below, designed to make your experience as seamless and joyful as the time spent with your pets.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to apply for a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of all pets, returned items must meet the following strict conditions:

The item must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories fully intact.

The item must be completely free of pet hair, stains, odors (including perfume, smoke, or pet scents), or any signs of wear and tear.
⚠️ Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items:

Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Opened or used pet treats, supplements, grooming brushes, litter boxes, and intimate pet apparel cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.

Customized/Personalized Items: Any items made to your specific requests (e.g., engraved collars, custom-sized pet furniture) are non-refundable.

Clearance/Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item: The product arrived broken, defective, or we accidentally shipped the wrong item, size, or color.

Shipping Paid By: Skitteroo (We will provide a prepaid return label).

Customer Preference: Changed your mind, disliked the style, ordered the wrong size/color, or your pet did not show interest.

Shipping Paid By: Customer (Buyer covers return shipping costs).

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these simple steps to start your return process:

Step 1: Contact Support. Send an email to support@skitteroo.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request + Your Order Number". Briefly state the reason for the return and attach clear photos or videos if the item is defective.

Step 2: Get Approval. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Step 3: Pack and Ship. Safely pack the item in its original box along with the packing slip. Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the product’s premium retail packaging. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned package to ensure it complies with our policy, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay). * Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to officially post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This prevents your desired size or color from selling out in the meantime.
