Yes, absolutely! Every single item at Skitteroo is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans. We don't believe in mass factory production. We select premium, natural materials to ensure that each piece is durable, safe, and uniquely beautiful for your pets.

We offer a 48-hour grace period after you place your order for any changes to sizes, colors, or shipping addresses. Since each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once our artisans have begun crafting your item after 48 hours. Please contact us immediately at support@skitteroo.com if you need assistance.

Because great things take time! We do not hold prefabricated bulk stock. To maintain the highest quality and safety standards, our artisans craft your order from scratch after it is placed. This 7–14 business day window allows us to meticulously shape, inspect, and safely package your item. We promise the exceptional quality you receive will be well worth the wait.

Once crafting is complete, standard transit takes about 7–12 business days for North America and Australia, and 8–12 business days for Europe. Please note: Total Time to Delivery = Production Time (7-14 days) + Transit Time.

As soon as your package leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking details.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To protect the health and hygiene of all pets, returned items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and completely free of pet hair, stains, or odors, in their original packaging.

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, Skitteroo will cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on personal preference (e.g., wrong size ordered, pet changed its mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet treats, supplements, grooming tools, litter boxes, and personalized/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
