Our Promise: We do not pre-manufacture or hold bulk stock. Your item is created uniquely for you and your pet after your order is placed.

Crafting Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for our artisans to hand-craft, inspect, and beautifully package your order.

Updates: As soon as your piece passes our rigorous quality control and leaves our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
Once the handcrafting period (7-14 business days) is complete, your order is handed over to our premium courier partners. Estimated transit times vary by destination:
